Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates   voterichadduci.com and other sites linking to these Terms of Use (individually, the "Site", and collectively, the   "Sites"). Through the Sites, Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board provides information and the ability to contact the campaign of Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board. References to the   Sites include the Information and Contact services.

Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board may change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of the Sites in its sole discretion with   or without notice. Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board is not liable if all or any part of a Site is, for any reason, unavailable at any   time or for any period. These terms of use (together with any additional terms, as described below) ("Terms of Use") are an agreement between   Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board and the individuals that use the Sites ("users," "you," or   "your"). The Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sites. Subject to your full and   ongoing compliance with these Terms of Use, Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board hereby grants you a limited and revocable right to access   and use the Sites, solely for their intended purposes. DO NOT USE THE SITES IF YOU DO NOT   AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE AND ALL APPLICABLE POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS.

As stated above, Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board reserves the right to update or modify the Terms of Use at any time, with or without   prior notice. Any such changes will become effective upon the earlier of (i) the first time you use the Sites or   Information with actual notice of the change(s), or (ii) 30 days after the change(s) are publicly posted on the Sites.   Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the version of the Terms of Use in place at the   time the dispute arose. You have full responsibility for such   content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness, as further explained in the Content   Standards .

Other   than content provided by Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board, all statements and/or opinions expressed, including all articles, responses   to questions, and other content are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the party providing those materials.   Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board is not responsible for the content of any materials provided by third parties, and Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board   does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any such information. • contain any defamatory, libelous, slanderous, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful,     inflammatory, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board in its     sole discretion) material;
• promote violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual     orientation, gender identity, or age;
• violate any person's or entity's legal rights (including intellectual property rights, moral rights, and rights of     publicity and privacy);
• impersonate any person or entity;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation or the identity or affiliation of any other entity;
• appear as if it is posted by or endorsed by Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board or any other person or entity, if this is not the case;
• be likely to or designed to deceive any person or entity;
• contain any material that is unlawful or could result in civil or criminal liability;
• incite, advocate, promote, contribute to, enable, or assist any illegal or unlawful activity;
• involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, barter or     advertising, other than as conducted by Vote Rich Adduci for Needham Select Board in its operation of the Sites; or
• conflict with these Terms of Use or any other applicable law or policy.

You agree that all matters relating to the Sites and these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or   related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in   accordance with the internal laws of the State of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice or conflict of   law provision or rule (whether of the State of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction).
